      Any subscription to is automatically renewed each year on the anniversary date, unless you have sent a request to terminate the subscription.

      Check that your subscription has not been deactivated by consulting the VIDAL Menu.

      2- Right-click on VIDAL Menu then on Dashboard: If the subscription status is deactivated, reactivate your license by entering the activation key, which was sent to you when you confirmed your subscription to VIDAL Expert.

    • I am up to date with my VIDAL Expert subscription but I have a data expiration message?

      VIDAL Expert automatically alerts you that monthly updates are available and invites you to perform them directly online.

      If, despite everything, you continue to have a message telling you that your data is out of date, it is necessary to perform an update from this link.

    • What is the VIDAL icon in the taskbar for?

      Under Windows, there are 2 VIDAL icons in the taskbar, located at the bottom right of your screen. To view them, it may be necessary to expand the taskbar by clicking on the arrow pointing to the left (show hidden icons).

      The gray square icon (VIDAL Expert) allows you to launch the application more quickly. The application remains in memory and can be restarted instantly at any time, by double-clicking on this icon.
      This icon also allows you to completely quit your software, which is necessary, especially when applying an update.

      You must then right click on the icon then click on “Exit”.

      The red square icon (VIDAL Menu) is used to manage updates and registration of your software. The Dashboard allows you to check the status of your subscription and the version of your data.

      From your personal account, you can download VIDAL Expert as well as your VIDAL Certificate for the CPAM.

    • What are the minimum recommended configurations for VIDAL Expert?

      The minimum recommended configurations for VIDAL Expert are as follows:

      • Windows: 7, 2000, XP, Vista with IE7 or +.
