How to install VIDAL Hoptimal in your establishment? How to activate the hoptimal license?
In order to activate VIDAL Hoptimal for the first time, you do not need to download a license. The administrator of your institution will receive an activation link which contains all the information necessary to activate the solution. So just click on this link and follow the steps.

How to update the VIDAL Hoptimal license during a renewal?
You do not need to download the license file to update it. The renewal of your access rights to the application is done automatically according to the duration of the contract.

How to renew my VIDAL Hoptimal subscription?
The duration of the contract depends on the nature of your structure:
- Public establishments: The Contract is concluded for the maximum period indicated on the estimate. It cannot be tacitly renewed.
- Private establishments: The Contract is concluded for a period of twelve months. At the end of this initial period, the contract will be tacitly renewed from year to year.

How to automatically connect to VIDAL Hoptimal without entering identifiers?
Your IT department has the login details for HOPTIMAL within your structure. However, depending on the settings made by your IT department, the connection can be made automatically without identifiers. This option can be implemented easily. The administrator of the application just has to enter the establishment’s IP address, or else he will have to give you the connection token he has.
