The use of VIDAL Mobile does not exempt the healthcare professional from checking the information available with the authorities or any other official sources. VIDAL Mobile does not replace the decision of the prescriber, the sole judge of the therapies to be considered.

Can I download VIDAL Mobile from abroad?
VIDAL Mobile is marketed in all countries authorized by Apple Store and Google Play Store. Note: several Android users have reported to us that VIDAL Mobile is not accessible in the French overseas departments and territories, which is beyond our control. Some parts of the French overseas departments and territories are not integrated into Google billing and therefore paid applications or with in-app purchases are not available from the Play Store. If necessary, our Customer Service is at your disposal by telephone on 09 77 40 18 18 (CRISTAL number - price of a local call) or by email.

Can I use VIDAL Mobile without an Internet connection?
An Internet connection is strictly necessary during the first launch and for updating the data. VIDAL Mobile can then be used at any time with or without an Internet connection. In the event of a bad connection, you can force offline consultation via an option available from the VIDAL Mobile application: Menu > Settings > Update > Force offline consultation . This option can be changed at any time.

How do I update my VIDAL Mobile application?

How do I renew my VIDAL Mobile subscription?
The subscription is tacitly renewed unless this option is deactivated at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. No termination is possible during the current active period. The subscription and its renewal can be managed from your account in the App Store or Google Play.

How do I get the invoice for my in-app purchase (VIDAL monographs or VIDAL Recos)?
A confirmation email has been sent to you following your purchase on the Apple Store or Google Play Store. This email, sent to the account that made the purchase, has invoice value. Only Apple Store or Google play are authorized to produce an invoice as the seller of the VIDAL product and the receiver of your payment.

How do I terminate, interrupt or modify my VIDAL Mobile subscription on the Apple Store?
Log in with your Apple Store credentials (which were used to purchase your subscription in VIDAL Mobile).
Open the Settings app, tap your name, and select Subscriptions.
Touch the VIDAL Mobile subscription and choose Cancel subscription.
This action does not cancel your subscription but deactivates its automatic renewal.
