With this acquisition, VIDAL Group strengthens the position of WEDA, a software publisher of online patient records for independent healthcare professionals. It will enable its customers to benefit from a digital management service for ultrasound consultations, aimed in particular at obstetricians, midwives, cardiologists and any healthcare professional using ultrasound.
